Our brand new store in Ibiza is where unapologetic style meets the magic of the island, and we’re looking for fierce, confident retail staff to make it unforgettable.
You’ll work with unexpected yet wearable lingerie, swimwear & ready-to-wear pieces the latest fitting & shopping technologies, and a team as bold as the brand itself.
From the first hello to the last purchase, you’ll deliver Sarda’s signature mix of attitude, comfort, and quality — all with the Ibiza sunset as your backdrop.
Your Responsibilties
As a supervisor for our store in Ibiza, you will play a key role in enhancing our image and bring the unapologetic Sarda vibe to life. Your mission? Maximizing shop sales utilising professional selling techniques while demonstrating product knowledge. You’ll provide good customer service while achieving personal sales goals and will be fully responsible for the boutique in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly, professional service to clients, creating a welcoming and memorable boutique experience.
- Inspiring and coaching team members to unlock their full potential, leading by example on the shop floor.
- Communicating boutique and company objectives with clarity, ensuring alignment and enthusiasm among the team.
- Driving sales performance by achieving targets and KPIs while supporting individual team goals.
- Overseeing boutique operations, from stock management to visual merchandising, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Resolving client complaints or queries promptly, delivering solutions that uphold service excellence.
- Building lasting client relationships, maintaining an accurate database to foster personalized service.
Your Profile
- Experience in retail, ideally within luxury or fashion sectors.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach.
- A dedication to delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Reliable, creative, and solution-oriented, bringing energy and ideas to enhance boutique success.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a bonus).
