This role is also open to freelancers in anticipation of a permanent hire.

Your Responsibilties

The Store Concept Coordinator is mainly responsible for the rollout of the brand retail identity of Marie Jo, PrimaDonna, and Sarda through the installation and remodeling of Shop-In-Shops at our Global Accounts (Department Stores, Modehäuser). The key deliverables are to oversee all our international Shop in Shop projects, supervise and coordinate the entire project cycle from conception to ensure timely delivery within budget and to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and well informed.

The Store Concept Coordinator is also the project lead translating our brand retail identity to permanent in-store materials towards our Independent Retail Partners.

Other responsibilities:

  • Design Shop in Shop layouts and coordinate with external design agencies for 3D renders and development.
  • Develop project plans, monitor contractor progress, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Manage budgets and liaise with the procurement department for purchase orders.
  • Manage the installation of Brand Retail Identity at international showrooms and trade fairs.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Engage in extensive stakeholder management and communication with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collect and integrate stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management preferably within the retail, fashion, or luxury goods industry.
  • Proven track record of managing the entire project lifecycle from conception to delivery.
  • Experience with Shop-In-Shops and brand identity implementation.
  • Proficient in 3D rendering software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and budget management experience.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with a focus on quality.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
  • Languages: English is required, Dutch is a plus.
  • You can work from HQ based in Schellebelle and are able to do some required international travel for project coordination.
