Your Responsibilties
As the Digital Paid Media Specialist, you’ll lead digital paid media campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement for our iconic lingerie brands, including Marie Jo, PrimaDonna, and Sarda, as well as retail brands Rigby & Peller and Lincherie. Working with our Marketing and Digital Commerce teams, you'll shape and execute paid media strategies for key markets in Europe (incl. France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, etc.) and the US. Responsibilities include:
- Digital Paid media strategy:
- Develop the digitial paid media strategy aligned with business goals & implementing the roadmap for digital media acceleration with the media agency
- Create a paid digital campaign strategy that maximizes visibility, awareness, and engagement, in collaboration with brand and performance managers
- Diversifying the digital channel mix (through research, benchmarking) and suggest new tactics & ideas
- Developing growth scenarios per channel and market within the paid media-driven channels using the standard KPI’s.
- Digital paid media management:
- Execute the digital campaign strategy: plan, set-up, execute and optimise the paid campaigns across all digital channels, applying audience insights and A/B testing for optimal performance.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Measuring and analysing the effectiveness (KPIs) of all marketing activities.
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver clear performance reports, using tools like PowerBI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content and communication teams to ensure campaigns align with brand identity, leveraging user-generated content and managing localization needs for diverse markets. (internal)
Handling the daily management of the media agency. (external)
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns with a strong focus on programmatic advertising and media buying (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads). Preferably, someone with experience on the agency side.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: able to use reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business,… ) and familiarity with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- You have strong project management skills and you are an excellent multi-tasker. You are detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrive in a dynamic environment where flexibility is required and where you can challenge the status quo.
- You have the confidence to communicate needs effectively. You are comfortable negotiating and interacting with different stakeholders including external agencies.
