Your responsibilities will be twofold: first, you will take ownership of implementing the community strategy for PrimaDonna, and second, you will handle traditional PR tasks and events for both brands. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with the Brand & Communications team to ensure effective content creation, press coverage, and media relationships.
Your responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing & Community Building: implement influencer marketing initiatives for PrimaDonna by identifying and connecting with the right content creators and coordinating campaigns through the influencer tracking tool. Negotiate partnerships, set campaign deliverables, and manage sample shipments to maximize ROI and brand impact.
-

Maintain relationships with key media contacts and journalists, coordinate interviews, and respond to media inquiries. You’ll manage sample requests, photo shares, and build our brand presence in traditional media.
-
Campaign Execution & Reporting: Oversee the planning and logistics of influencer and community campaigns, collaborating closely with the communications team. Regularly analyze and report on campaign success and influencer activity using UTM links and other tools, sharing key insights with the PR Manager to continuously improve strategy.
-
Events & Activations: Work on the planning and hands-on implementation of community and press events, including influencer activations. Organize and execute event logistics, coordinate with internal teams, and manage event communication to strengthen brand engagement.
-
Sample Management & Operations: Handle day-to-day sample organization, track inventory, and oversee efficient dispatch for influencers, stylists, and journalists. Maintain organized back-and-forth communication with influencers and agencies to ensure smooth operations.
